All Simply Novel products are delivered digitally.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

For customers located in the European Union: By purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access to the product, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins.
